      You can make a living and there is pretty much always work

      You get worked to death because they only employ the bare minimum expecting everyone to do multiple people's jobs for less pay.

      Benefits package is great.

      Cons

      Pay is ok, however if you have anything over a family of 3 it makes it really difficult to financially support your family at an entry level position unless you have some sort of financial stability or our a 2 income home prior to.
