      Pros

      It is Higher than average pay, 401k, great medical, dental, vision, disability, life ins. Safety bonuses, Christmas tips from customers.

      Cons

      Longer than average work days, even more so when a truck goes down.. But that happens everywhere. I'm suppose to write over 20 words, I don't have them. Not to many cons on my end.

      Pros

      Pros of working for this company were that I was able to work with little supervision and had to ability to complete tasks without direct supervision at all times. It had a good benefit package and time off.

      Cons

      Equipment was constantly breaking down and was not repaired in a timely fashion which made completing jobs a very difficult task.

      I cannot think of a single thing that was good about working at Waste Connections. Big mistake!

      Poor leadership, poor customer service, poor staffing, dishonest practices, poor communication, unfair treatment, favoritism
