      Pros

      Good company but lower pay rate than I was used too. Decent and fair. Chance to transfer anywhere in the US they operate.

      Cons

      Low pay rate for drivers than area norm. Considerably less than their oil field division. Drive Cam in the cab

      Pros

      Competitive Pay. Not too many layers of management. Ability to make your own schedule. Good training programs. Work hard, play hard attitude.

      Cons

      Taking hits on commission for losing accounts that were sold 20 years ago, and have inflated pricing well over what a new account could be sold at.

      They have a pretty decent onboarding process. You are given the tools and training necessary to do your job.

      Cons

      They pay below industry average for most of the positions they offer. This is coupled with very poor work-life balance for the office/professional positions.
