      Work isn't that hard once you learn, decent insurance options

      Cons

      No vacation or sick time in the first year of employment, extremely low pay for the volume of work, micromanaging, no way to get a promotion, no bonuses or raises, incompetent coworkers that don't get held accountable so their mistakes get added to your workload, lack of decent training without getting talked down to, made fun of, or mocked by moody managers
