Pros

Good money and no shortage of hours and some small amounts of flexibility when you have things you need to do such as appointments. They would also occasionally feed you meals around certain holidays and at points when certain quotas were met. Sometimes grilling steaks and burgers. You'll make good money here but you'll just about have sold your soul to do it, you'll be so tired by the end of the day you won't spend it, that's for sure.

Cons

They're unhappy with you if you work anything less than about 12 hours per day if you're paid daily rate. They want their moneys worth out of you and they also want you to come in as early as possible, sometimes 4am or earlier depending on the needs of your route. Special events also mean that if you're doing something such as portalets, you'll often be called in to work on weekends, holidays and afternoons/nights. They'll try and take as much free time away from you as they can. They also like to push to the limits of applicable laws such as driving for over 12 hours a day if needed. Vehicle maintenance is also pretty hit and miss depending on the mechanic whose working on your vehicle. There were some really good mechanics and some really bad ones that caused some pretty big safety problems, like not putting the seatbelt back together after changing a broken seat, or properly torquing your lug nuts when a tire is changed, but when it involves the driver they have the upmost highest standards for safety and violations are sometimes dealt with harshly. Not to mention there is a camera on the inside and outside that watches the driver the whole entire time. Corporate and managers can spy on you and at one point they waited throughout the year and brought up the camera footage at xmas bonus time to nail a few people. Their ethics are questionable to say the least. The CEO is spoken of like he is some sort of god and while his story is impressive, he has very little knowledge about the goings on at the local level for each division.
