Management lacks empathy, No work life balance, They expect alot for little pay. Not much growth, Really bad equipment! Hi stress.

Overtime. It’s always trash to be picked up. Monday through Friday with one Saturday a month, but make sure you ask to confirm. Pay is depending on location.

Cons

Equipment is old at some locations. Management never is on the same page as workers. Just get the dam trash up mentally, anything after that doesn’t matter as much. Every three months, you get one sick day. Work outside with a high visibility shirt and your own pants or it’ll be 9 months before you get a uniform
