Really aren't many pros but you do meet some good people.

Cons

Offered a job at a certain wage rate and the first day on the job as soon as I clocked in they advised that it would be a dollar less than was accepted. No annual raises, work every holiday, barely any room for growth, a lot of nepotism.

Weekends off - Balanced Work/Home Life Supportive management & coworkers Simple enough systems - I was able to catch on super quick

Cons

Employee engagement would be nice. Food is great but there are other forms of showing employees appreciation. Especially for those with special dietary restrictions.
