Pros

Waste Pro is a great company to work for. The team is supportive and the work environment is interactive and has a family feel. I like that management takes ideas presented into consideration and strives to do things in the most efficient way. It is also a stable industry with growth potential. As a recruiter it feels good to watch the careers excel of the people that I get to help bring on .

Cons

I wouldn't say a con - but it is a face paced environment and requires people that join the team to stay interactive and focused. If you like a fun , fast and hard working environment this is a great place.
