The pay is comical if you're asked to do EVERYONE else's job after you finish yours, even when your route is 2x the size of theirs. Too many gas station cowboys playing the lotto instead of driving because they know they'll get help. Came in when they bought out the previous company i was working out. 5 different people telling you to do 5 different things and they all go home while you're out cleaning up their mess because they check references and hire anybody. They refuse to hire "driver helpers" or "slingers" and instead outsource this to a temp agency. Didn't have any temps at the old company, and WP cant keep one employed through temp long enough to learn a route.

Be come a little more faster.
