      Pros

      Great team on the local (region and division) level. Very decentralized. Lots of former WM employees.

      Cons

      Management is clueless about local markets outside of Florida. Market and competitive conditions are completely different than that of the Florida market and management does not or fails to recognize the differences.

      Unknown. I only began the application process.

      Cons

      I began the application process only to find that they required all the information needed for a background check on the online application itself. Date of birth, social security number, driver's license number. I have no issue providing that if I am offered a job subject to the background check, but do not feel it appropriate for them to collect that data on everyone who as much as applies for a job.
