Pros

Watchfire is a stable and profitable company Facilities are modern and very clean Salary and benefits are good for the area Drug-free work place Training and educational opportunities Focused on employee safety Located in a small town

Cons

Located in a small town so it can be hard to bring in big city talent Most execs commute in from larger cities and are not here daily Few departments allow the opportunity to work remotely Office departments aren't allowed to work 4 - 10's like production staff
