Excellent company

Pros

Great culture, very family oriented. A wide range of benefits. Health care is rising, but they try very hard to keep it affordable. 401(k) has a 3% match from the company that is vest 20% each year until fully vested at year 5. Vacation time is immediate. They provide short-term medical leave payment in the event of the need for Family Medical Leave (depending on the situation). Managers are not micro-managers and empower employees to solve problems and make improvements. Even when times get tough, the company is judicious about lay-offs. There's usually some kind of holiday bonus or gift.

Cons

Too few sick days (only 3 a year), which makes it hard for parents of young kids.
