Pros

Very strong and engaged executive leadership. Inclusive and collaborative environment. Gotta love working somewhere where your opinion matters and you see smiles while walking around the facility.

Cons

Main drawback is not with the company but with the location. The Danville area has struggled for a while. It has to be difficult to use the surrounding area to draw talent.

Excellent Company top to bottom. They have a well deserved reputation for building the best LED Signs in the industry. The universal sized digits are brilliant and the Low Cost Broadband communication option is a definite winner. They support their employees, stand by their products and are loyal to their dealers and the industry.

Cons

The Ignite Software is not compatible with MACs, without 3rd Party software conversion. The Smartphone application is a good start...
