Pros

They seem care of their employees. They promote from within so there is career growth.

Cons

Overtime is often required. They promote from within, so you have to work your way up in the company instead of being able to start at a management position.

Pros

Safe work environment and task based jobs

Cons

Shifts are very unorthodox, and 5 day 8 hour shifts would be better in my opinion
