Manufacturing company that has great leadership. Yes they buy globally. Anyone in electronics knows that. A lot of room to move and our VP cares a lot about us and the company!

Cons

Sales keep going down yet nothing changes there.

Great job. Wonderful co-workers. Best company to work for in town. I can see myself making this place my lifetime career.

Cons

Middle management seems to be lacking in the leadership area. Employees that push to become more tend to be pushed aside rather than embraced.
