Pros

Manufacturing company that has great leadership. Yes they buy globally. Anyone in electronics knows that. A lot of room to move and our VP cares a lot about us and the company!

Cons

Sales keep going down yet nothing changes there.

Pros

Pay for skilled engineers is reasonable.

Cons

- No upward mobility - Upper management avoids connecting with the company (when they are there) - Poor decision making systems (when they actually make a decision) - No "vision" of where the company is going - Too much "fire fighting"

Pros

Small non-automotive company. Easy going work atmosphere. Nice wages and no weekend work.

Cons

Inexperienced staff. Outsourcing a lot of the factory jobs. Executive management never on the floor, more concerned with travel to outsource work.
