      Pros

      It will pay the bills. HR will post on here and try to lie about the job so you don't realize it's trash

      Cons

      Long hours switching in bad conditions. If you do your job well you will end up doing some one else's job to. The managers expect you to break rules to get the job done in a timely manner but soon as you get on there bad side they secretly watch you with safety and get you fired. On top of all that you make so much less then a class one it's sad you are lucky to get a 1.5 yearly raise and there's no sick time so just don't get sick.

      Horrible company to work for. Not a real railroad

      Pros

      Few hours home every night. Not much pros for the company. Work long hours everyday. Employees are tired and fatigued.

      Cons

      Promises are not kept. Wasn't followed though with. Was promised vacation. Have to fight for what days to take off. Stuck in the yard because they're short people. Paperwork on my taxes were screwed up from payroll so I wasn't given my refund I deserve.

      Pros

      Bathrooms at offices are very clean. The parent company Watco Companies is actually a good company to work for as the benefits are great. Walking distance to the bank.

      Cons

      Watco Supply Chain Services LLC is a joke as a whole and their basic concept of a true TMS system is basically the Atari version of the AS400 systems. There salary is below average unless you are in the Good Ole Boys Club. The 2% commission program is far below any company you put it up against. Example: Imagine making 20k in GM a month on your own you get $400(not including what Uncle Sam takes from you) while the Team Leaders, Managers take 8-10% of what you worked your butt off for. On top of that you are expected to bring on your own customers, cover your own loads while the Team Leaders & Branch Managers sit and collect your hard earned money. I would go as far as calling it a Logistics Pyramid Scheme for the good ole boys club. Watco companies as a whole will survive but I give Watco Supply Chain LLC 2 years at the most before they close there doors.
