      -work-life balance -a bit bellow market average salary (can be seen as a con maybe) - good communication between teams and within the team - 13th salaries - yearly bonuses - allocated time for personal development

      Cons

      - after a specific lelvel you hit an invisible wall in terms of carreer development - changes in terms of mentality and software tehnologies are slow and rare -small salary increases
