Strong engineering team but somewhat restrictive IT policies

Pros

The Engineering team is excellent and have people working with great credentials. The management seems responsive.

Cons

Somewhat restrictive IT policies which I feel inhibits development. No electric car chargers, which in this day and age seems almost funny.
