      Product is very well accepted in the market and basically sells itself. Remote work was good.

      Cons

      Mediocre benefits. Bekow average compensation. Micromanaging Director of Sales that destroyed morale.

      Pros

      Decent pay and historically consistent raises/bonuses. Very good PTO and 401k contributions.

      Cons

      Difficult place to make a career if you're not interested in climbing corporate ladder. Raises, although consistent don't amount to yearly cost of living increase and are not reflective of individual performance. You will be left behind your peers unless you change jobs frequently.
