      Pros

      Some of the best people work at Watts. Onboarding was a great experience and everyone has been really helpful. They seem to genuinely care about each other and new employees.

      Cons

      None that I have seen.

      Plenty of opportunities to improve operations.

      Cons

      Constant change in the C-level leadership was a big distraction and hindrance to making progress.

      We are thankful you took the time to share your opinion. In the past, our C-Level leadership was influx. Thankfully, in the past few years, we have stabilized and are seeing progress consistent with that.

      They don't honor their word

      Pros

      Good busy work and the days go by fast. Nothing else positive. Pay is not up to industry standards and they don't like to keep you, just use good workers.

      Cons

      Promised permanent employment within 90 days, didn't happen. They only say that to get you in the door, who can work without benefits in this day?
