Pros

Very few- I will say I met some great people working there but I genuinely believe it was a trauma bond. Everyone I was close with and am still close with have had similar horrible experiences but I’m grateful for the community of peers I had while there.

Cons

Management- corporate robots with no empathy for others and treat individual contributors like they’re placed on this earth to serve watts. Cold personalities and I’ve noticed a lot of managers are self absorbed and have no business leading teams. No support, set you up for failure, endless empty promises about career progression with no follow through, unrealistic expectations, policies that make NO sense, & no organization/structure. Pay- I was making almost half of what a coworker on my team was making and I was doing the same job. If you whisper anything regarding pay or advocate for yourself at all you will be reprimanded. Unlawful and unethical practices- from hiring to performance management to termination, I could share a number of times I’ve questioned the (potential) legality but most definitely the morals and ethics of the decisions made by HR and management. And once again, if you voice your concerns, you will be reprimanded. Turn Over/Retention- this one was on me… it shouldve been a glaring red flag when interviewing that the most veteran person on my team had been with the company less than 3 years (that person is no longer there). They terminate people like it’s just another task on their to-do list. My position was at-will and they abuse that. Again, no empathy and no compassion or care that the people they’re terminating, pushing out, or rescinding offers for are human beings with families… the best people I’ve met at the company are no longer there. Benefits are HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Ask to see what you’ll be paying for your medical, dental, vision before accepting. They will not tell you and it’s for a reason.
