Pros

The employees at the Franklin facility are wonderful to work with. There is a sort of familial bond in us watching out for each other.

Cons

As long as I have been here the upper management at all levels have been disjointed. All wanting or expecting different goals to be obtained. This causes the lower facility level to feel yanked around constantly.
