Pros

Transparency and daily scrum to keep everyone on track to produce which makes for a very organized and productive work environment. Watts takes care to hire the right person for the job. Hybrid work environment a big plus.

Cons

Benefits are expensive and you cannot carry over unused vacation/PTO days. You either use them or lose them, so the fourth quarter is booked with lots of team members being out at the same time.

-promises of career growth, but fails to promote within even if you go above and beyond -some of the managers are unorganized or lack of a skill to actually manage -typical corporate structure -lack of diversity in the higher paid positions
