Watts is an essential company that provides products for clean and safe drinking water around the world. This provides for job security, room for advancement, and the opportunity to transfer to facilities across the country and around the world if you desire. They also offer very competitive pay and benefits.

Cons

Watts formerly felt like a family when it was a privately owned company. That feeling has gradually diminished since the change to being a publically traded company.
