Freedom to work on a plethora of projects (can switch focus at any time) Got to work on a machine learning project from scratch to finish (not just a piece) Worked under multiple mentors across various fields and met many more Managers believed in me and pushed me to think big Peers were diverse and exceptionally skilled Ability to work remote

Typical corporate culture, which can have some cultural downsides/pressures No benefits other than 401k (typical for interns though)
