      Disasppointing, but it's a job!

      Pros

      People are great, informative meetings, fun activities for employee engagement

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive, new hires make more than the long time employees and it's non-negotiable, some managers make it mandatory/required to attend all meetings in person when other alternatives are available to attend. The long term employees are taken advantage of /used rather than be treated like an asset. Lack of incentive to stay as an employee

      Great people and camaraderie; hours were good; free safety shoes; earned vacation and sick time

      Cons

      Very corporate driven: more emphasis on shareholders needs than employees; non-existent raises
