      It's what I call a positive attitude workplace. Most fellow employees are helpful and productive.

      An exercise room would be a healthy addition.

      Lots of development opportunities, I've never been so challenged before. A lot of room for grown and management wants to see me succeed.

      Cons

      Global company means communicating with co-workers in different time zones can be a drag.

      Its employees are generally nice and helpful

      Cons

      Poor communications; red tape; high turnover management (make current team feeling insecure and focus on short term results); people from different department/function feeling isolated and not willing to open up to team work with other functions.
