Pros

Management, although being a little tough to approach at times are friendly and helpful. Work/Life balance is good here, although depends which department you are in. Good benefits and Annual Vacation time compared to other companies I've worked for. Culture is friendly, but conservative...the dress code is slacks, shirt and tie which gets a little uncomfortable during the summer but overall I personally don't mind.

Cons

Training is non-existent you're expected to learn on your own and ask questions as you go, however someone with the knowledge will always try to help the challenge is finding that person. Growth within the company is slow and projects aren't exciting since there isn't much breakthrough innovation going on in the plumbing world.
