People are nice, my management is great but everything is focused on the U.S. Corp headquarters. They have lots of events and swag for headquarters but not Canadian locations.

Cons

When there is hint of economic trouble they quickly cut costs, pay and cancel raises. When things are good you might get a predetermined raise that does not seem tied to performance. Working hard benefits the shareholders and not employees.

Unfortunately, like most businesses throughout the pandemic, we had to make some difficult choices to address the economic downturn, while preserving the greater good of all the people in the business.
