I have always enjoyed the people I work with; they are a fun group. The company has had 2 get-together's in the past year (never done that before) and that was fun. We had a real Christmas Party last year (first time since 2007). We always get a $25.00 Gift card for Thanksgiving and a $50.00 Gift Card for Christmas.

Cons

No training (I have begged to be given the specific training for my job) They do not even talk to me about it. I get no response at all. Every position I have been in, I have had to figure out for myself. It would have taken less time to learn and I could have done a better job sooner with a little bit of support. Bottom line; they don't care! How is the pay you ask? Even if you max out your yearly review, you get a whopping 3% raise. Not even enough to keep up with inflation. There have been a couple of years where no one got a raise and a couple of years that everyone only go 2.5%. We operate through crisis management: We are given so much work to do, that we need to let some slide until it becomes a crisis. then we work feverishly on that thing, until the next item we had to leave behind gets hot. Repeat the forgoing procedure. If you are looking for a good company to work for this is NOT it.

The thing I liked about my time at Watts was the ability to learn and try new things.

Cons

There were issues in obtaining parts for crucial production quotas and unnecessary personal politics in the production environment.

My coworkers.. They are good people and they want to do what's right for the company.

Cons

Start with a building that's walls are filled with mold. Add really crappy management, out dated Procedures, and upper management that cares more about the stock price and their bonuses than understanding the business. Bad. Really bad.
