The pros of working there would be that you have a job and are getting a pay check.

Cons

This was a very stressful place to work. Everyone walks around scared because they feel they could loser their jobs at any time. The managements attitude is if you can't do it, I will find someone that can. The Exec's are very bonus driven and every decision they make is to ensure they receive their very large bonuses at the end of the year.
