The science, the people and the ability to make an impact. Everyone is welcoming, supportive and you are empowered to share your expertise and contribute in a meaningful way.

Cons

No cons as of yet. We're still slowly ramping up onsite capacity, it will be nice when more people are in the office (safely).

Pros

Outstanding work ethics and flexibility. Great place to start for someone new in their careers and looking to get trained. Collegiate environment.

Cons

Two separate functional offices in Cam and Lex (MA). Consolidation of the two offices probably would be of great help.
