      Pros

      can't think of any but its in K town. good location.

      Cons

      it's all overbooked. they let candidates wait longer than 1 hour. very bad time management and rude attitude.

      Great company culture that allows to you to explore your abilities. The company provides comprehensive employee benefits for hard working and loyal staff.

      Definitely not for people who is looking for easy and relaxing job. Fast growing company with strong leadership.

      Pros

      This company has the right kind of challenges, and it is really rewarding to find creative solutions as a marketing team. Ideas and suggestions are well received here, and trying new things is encouraged. I can't speak for what it is like at the retail locations, but the team at the admin office (Costa Mesa) is really cool. Honestly, it feels a lot like a family. We all get along and we have FUN. We typically have catered lunch at least once a week and it is GOOD food. Also, there are lots of good restaurants nearby within walking distance.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast, and there can be growing pains. That might mean taking on more than your job description until more employees can be hired. While frustrating right now, it will hopefully be fixed soon.
