I have been working at WAVE as a Patient Care Coordinator for three years, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. All the co-workers are super supportive, and the management team is very much involved in the day-to-day operation, always spend time listening to our feedback and constantly improving everything. They also have very comprehensive training programs in place, and there is always a lot to learn and room to grow within the company. They also have great insurance benefits and discount for staff, even free treatment when there’s demo patient needed!

This job can sometimes be stressful, especially when it comes to dealing with patient so handling pressure is important.
