Thank you for leaving your feedback. The past 2 years have been extremely difficult across all industries due to the COVID pandemic which in turn reflected, especially on professional services firms. This also made project work hard to come by but as a company, we were able to keep all our employees employed, paid, and had no layoffs. During the downturn in the economy, we made a conscious effort to focus on our methodology, processes, etc to be laser-focused on customer satisfaction. There are times where we perform post-mortems when mistakes are made so our teams can learn from mistakes and hopefully educate others through the process. Our Development Center is core to the Wave6 methodology and processes which we take very seriously. The goal is to provide a healthy atmosphere so everyone can enjoy a good work-life balance and not get overwhelmed. We are sorry to hear these changes were a challenge for you. Our teams work 100% over video in both the US and Pune geographies. This has helped us grow our relationships, skills, and rapport with our team especially during the pandemic. We wish you would have shared your concerns during your tenure with our management or executive leadership, or during your exit interview with our HR team, or using our internal anonymous feedback tool. While we appreciate that you highlighted our great benefits; it is unfortunate that you feel your experience here was not more positive.
