      Great benefits, Paid vacation time.

      Cons

      Work slows down during December-March… Lots of cleaning… I guess maybe pay a bit more.

      Pros

      The people who were there in the beginning made Wavelynx awesome. But now they’re mostly gone or overshadowed and looked over.

      Cons

      If you ever have a difference of opinion with the executive team, expect to become a target. They have pigeon holed or gotten rid of amazing employees to line their pockets. What would have been an amazing company is now grasping for straws to stay relevant due to the ego of a few. And if they hire you saying you’ll be hybrid or remote, they’ll be changing their minds in a month tops.

      The next Apple of Access Control

      Pros

      Wavelynx is taking on the big guys like HID, who feel old, clunky, and stuck in the past. We’re building modern, better versions of these products—familiar enough to make sense, but with a way better user experience. The business has huge opportunities ahead, and the team here is stacked with some of the smartest people I’ve worked with. If you want to be part of something that’s growing fast and shaking up an industry, this is the place.

      Cons

      We’re growing fast, so not everything is perfectly structured yet. You have to be okay with figuring things out and working in a fast-moving environment. It’s not for everyone, but it’s exciting if you like solving problems and building things.
