      Pros

      Fast-paced work environment with a team of wonderful humans. Feels like a second family. great place to build a career and broaden your skill set every day.

      Cons

      The commercial security industry is a bit dull, but we make the best of it and the company thrives within it.

      Pros

      I have never been a part of an organization with as clear as a vision on the future and how to implement it as I have experienced at Wavelynx. It is wonderful to collaborate with the leadership, fellow employees and have the clear communication and no politics.

      Cons

      The expectations are high and the need to deliver is measured.

      Pros

      The office is close to a pretty little park which is nice for walks and lunches.

      Cons

      The day to day environment is really toxic. A few things that feed into this are name calling, pubic call outs, gas lighting, and constant negative talk about current and past employees. I used to enjoy working for this company a lot, but over the last few years there have been some changes in leadership and culture that is really taking the company to a more corporate-like environment, where revenue is the only thing that truly matters to leadership. The leadership can't be trusted at this point in time.
