Great Stability. Lower Pay depending... Pay is competitive for some departments/categories. Great place to work as an Electrical Engineer.

Cons

If you are not an Engineer, then your pay band may not match up competitively with other Utah companies. The competitive Median will probably be your cap here and the competitive low will be your median.

Cons

Wavetronix is a company that will go to great lengths to justify its well-below-average pay. Little to no diversity (especially in upper management) and the owners are more concerned about hiring other white, male Mormons than anything else. If you identify as a woman or non-binary person, are a POC, are part of the LGBTQ+ community, or non-Mormon, I would avoid it at all costs.
