Very good salary, good team, good benefits, ruthless company

Good perks and benefits, working with generally nice and competent people.

Cons

The senior leadership are ruthless ex consultants who will do anything for the bottom line, and show very little competence on actually fixing the business. Also 4 days in the office mandatory because I'm a Data Engineer in the Ops organization and not in Tech. For tech its 3 days in the office mandatory.
