Pros

Very large Data and Engineering departments which allows for specialization and expertise. Friendly colleagues.

Cons

Super toxic management, never seen anything like it before. Hiring in a frenzy and firing by hundreds in repeated cycles. Chaotic data quality, no junior training, variable project interest. Super high focus on odd presentations, changing goals, tight deadlines, you name it!
