Sinking ship, toxic management at all levels, Berlin unlikely to last

- pay above average for Berlin - nice view from the rooftop - beer on tap

Cons

- it's layoff after layoff while all work is slowly being shifted to India - Berlin office unlikely to last for long - management at all levels toxic and gaslight you - upper management are all ex-consultants and have nothing but contempt for employees - Berlin office just an afterthought, all the action in Boston. Sometimes you need to take part in meetings in the evening - no chances of promotion even before the rounds of layoffs started - you are stuck in the same team soing the same thing forever (or until you get laid off) - morale is low - nobody knows them in Germany, so not great for your CV - shares keep sinking
