Guys,
Any job seekers, please don't join Wayfair. This organization has no value for employees. I joined this company 3 weeks back from an established organization. I moved from CA for this job in Boston, MA. In 3 weeks, they announce a layoff and i realize i am one of them that has been targeted. Apprently, they wanted to do a last in first out.
@Management - Why hire when you want to layoff people anyway. I really dont understand. In addition, they tell you to leave right then. Ban such organizations that provide no time for employees. Furniture busisness? This will never be sustainable in the market. They are in record losses and they have horrible employees.
