Really liked my colleagues and suppliers. Found the work quite interesting, lots of great tech being built to support partner operations managers.
Cons
I wasn't always very busy which was frustrating. Progression path was very long, I was looking at minimum 2 years to get promoted, which given I was hired at a much-too-junior level, was problematic.
The benefits and company culture are really great. Path to progression is very clear and the feedback systems are high quality and well thought through.
Cons
Progression can be slow. I was put in a role that was much too junior for my 14 years experience and it looked like it would take me c. 2 years to get out of it.
