1. Not a tech first company.
2. Fast delivery is still prioritised over quality(design / code).
3. Extremely un-helpful US folks, who constantly berate how Indian devs are sub par to their devs(who by the way have proven themselves nowhere outside of Wayfair). Some US devs are very smart and helpful but somewhat arrogant.
4. Asking questions to US folks is a crime. The folks in US are born with an amazing superhero like skills to just read thoughts of product team and other devs and never need to question them.
5. Managers here cannot fight / convince the senior folks in US very easily because of the team structure and dynamics.
6. Of course, favouritism and politics. No company is devoid of those.
