Pros

Only “pro” is that there’s barely any work, so you get free time. That’s it.

Cons

Fake hiring spree just to pump headcount. Interview questions for every round are leaked online. Zero real projects—just shadow work and useless tasks. No perks: no RSUs, average hikes, no learning or growth budget. Spineless, sycophant leadership that can’t bring work from the U.S. Extreme micromanagement—obsessing over even the smallest details. Annual layoffs of ~10% employees and frequent TDC shutdowns. Toxic politics, favoritism, no accountability. Zero innovation, zero career growth, just survival.
