The discount is nice, but be careful because most of the product is trash anyway.
Cons
Leadership is horrendous. Expect angry ranting emails from the CEO in the middle of the night, clueless execs who refuse to learn new ways of thinking and only listen to what they want to hear, and rampant toxicity from director-level leadership. Nepotism and politics is how you get promoted; asking hard questions and trying to innovate even the slightest is how you get shown the door. The plus side is that if you just want to coast and know how to “play the game” of just telling people what they want to hear, it’s the perfect environment for that. There is also ZERO support for people managers and resourcing is atrocious. Whenever someone quits, they just tell the rest of the team to pick up the slack instead of backfilling them. Everyone is overworked and miserable because of how horribly mismanaged this place is.
