Pros

Wayfair is not a good place to work. They do not treat all employees equally and the are not a trustworthy company.

Cons

They will show you part of their policy and then they find way to loan shark employees into owing them money without informing the employee.

Pros

The furniture discount was great. 10/10

Cons

WHERE to begin? I Accepted this position as my first job graduating from college, and I do feel like it helped me as far as needed experience to get a few great offers from companies I actually wanted to work for. This job taught me how important it is to be at a job where people care about what they do and genuinely feel like they are doing something of value. That is NOT what you’ll find as an account manager at wayfair. The employees work hard, but dont feel like they are doing anything of value.... so no one wants to be there. The managers are SO under-qualified. They don’t care about their teams or putting in the time to allow them to succeed. So much time being unproductive. Ridiculous atmosphere. I feel like this position might be completely eradicated, the work is so meaningless. You call “professional customers” all day every day trying to pitch your services to help them furnish their offices. 9/10 people don’t want to talk and it feels very much like cold calling. I’d honestly say that 90% of employees are constantly looking for a new job elsewhere. Unless you have no other options, do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here.
