They are shady and that’s saying the least. Not only have they termed thousands of people without cutting their directors salaries they do so many illegal things to their employees. They say retaliation for reporting issues is a serious offense. Well, they retaliate. HR is allowed to do/act as they please whether it’s ethical or not, nobody checks, nobody cares. You’re a number. They preach their people principals. It’s a load. They’re more toxic than that ex that used to gaslight you. But, hey, they’ll do that too don’t worry. You’ll be forced to do jobs that aren’t in your job description because attrition is atrocious. Seriously people there’s a reason people are jumping ship. Employees are even job hunting and listed Open To Work on LinkedIn for a reason. Times are tough and people need jobs, I get it. Working from home is appealing. Don’t do this to yourself. There are companies that are ethical, safe, and stable just keep looking. This company has only been profitable 1 year out of 20+ years in business. Be for real. Run Forrest run!
