Pros

Remote work, there’s some name recognition when you say you work at Wayfair.

Cons

The role is essentially glorified cold calling. You’re expected to make 35+ calls a day to the same list of business owners who rarely have any real buying needs. The quotas are extremely unrealistic and the only way people consistently hit them is if they inherit a strong book of business—which typically only happens when someone else quits or is let go. The turnover is high, morale is low, and success often feels more tied to luck than skill. Leadership seems more focused on hitting numbers than supporting reps in a meaningful way.
